- an hourly rate based upon a minimum of one man-hour per visit and then half hour thereafter
- a fixed price quotation, available on request
- rates are man-hours + materials + parking + congestion charge (where applicable) + vat
- all prices are subject to + vat

if your job isn’t suited to a fixed price quote, we offer the following discounts on our labour rates:
- for the first 1-4 hours, our standard labour rates apply.
- for 5-6 hours, a discount of 5% off our labour rates will apply.
- for 7 hours to the end of the day, a discount of 10% off our labour rates will apply.

instead of the usual discounts, we are offering:
5% this will be increased to 10%
10% this will be increased to 20%
Please note:
- we work at an hourly rate. the charge to you will be the total time spent doing the work.
- it will include all reasonable time spent obtaining materials and finding on-street parking if client parking/permits are not available.
- materials supplied by us, parking and congestion charge are charged at cost plus 25% oh&p handling charge.
- white goods disposal will be charged at £80 per item.
